1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information when applicable.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, the size of your order, and the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: If ordered before 12:00 PM PST, your order will arrive the next business day.

Please note that during peak times (such as holidays), shipping times may be slightly longer.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by TRUE LOVE LOS ANGELES.
  • Shipping Times: International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status through the carrier’s website.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system after your package has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • High order volume during holidays or sales events.
  • Shipping carrier delays.
  • Address issues, such as incorrect or incomplete address information.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at truelovelosangeles.ca@gmail.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging. If the damage is verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund.

8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for domestic orders. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

9. Address Errors

If there is an error in the shipping address provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have restrictions on shipping, especially international orders. If a product cannot be shipped to your destination, you will be notified via email, and your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

11. Additional Notes

  • COVID-19 Update: Due to ongoing changes in global shipping operations, there may be additional delays to your order. Please check the tracking link for up-to-date information regarding your delivery.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive tracking information for each package.
